East Dubuque Greater Events Foundation’s purpose is to address and improve the quality of living in the greater East Dubuque, IL area. The sole purpose of this organization is to lend itself and our resources to improving the quality of living and enjoyment of services, events, and facilities within the greater East Dubuque area.
